PRAYER
O Saint Anna Schaffer in your infirmities you
generously shared in the mystery of the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ as a
victim for others and in your “great journey inwards and upwards” of heroic
suffering you found “the day of Jesus Christ” in the Holy Eucharist the sunny
source of grace. Your sickbed became the
cradle of prayer, extensive letter writing apostolate and handiwork depicting
the Heart of Jesus as the symbol of God’s love for us. By your example and
through your intercession grant us the grace of (mention your request) which we ardently desire. For you promised to pray for us and be a great
intercessor for all those who come to your assistance. Amen.
